The EUREKA research and development network aims to promote R&D cooperation between SMEs, industrial actors, universities and research institutions in over 40 European and three overseas associated countries, thus facilitating Europe’s global competitiveness in the field of innovation.

The international organisation, celebrating its 30th anniversary this year and having Hungary as the first Central European country among its members since 1992, has published its Annual Report on year 2015. The Annual Report provides an up-to-date picture on the EUREKA activity of traditional projects (including the Danube Region initiatives), sector-specific clusters and umbrellas, as well as on the Eurostars Programme managed by the EUREKA Secretariat as an executive agency of the European Union.

The Annual Report is available at the official EUREKA website: http://www.eurekanetwork.org/sites/default/files/AR EUREKA 2015-final-web.pdf
